Position being recruited:
Retail sales associate

Description of role:
The retail sales associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and responding to enquiries both in person and via phone and email. The role also includes maintaining well-organised and visually appealing in-store displays and working collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth running of the shop. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, five days per week, including Saturdays.

Place of work:
On-site at Cheshire Gun Room in Bolton.

Required qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in retail sales and at least five years’ experience in customer service. An interest or background in sporting firearms is desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will need to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
