Job Description & Role
The role includes and is not limited to the below:
-Ensuring all SOP’s that are laid out by senior level management are followed in a timely and efficient manner.
-Representation at various Trade Shows and expected to be part of the logistics and build-up process.
-Answering incoming telephone calls
-Taking and processing orders
-Responding to emails from customers
-Being Adaptable to various different roles in busy periods
Candidate Profile
• Background/Knowledge of Firearms trade/ Shooting sports advantageous but not necessary.
• Knowledge and experience of working in different departments in retail would be an added advantage.
• Customer service oriented, prompt and driven to solve customer grievances.
• Valid UK full driver's license.
• Fluent English imperative, knowledge of an additional language a benefit.
