 Company Information:

The Welsh Target Shooting Federation (WTSF) is the governing body for target shooting in Wales, representing associations including the Welsh Airgun Association, Welsh Clay Target Shooting Association and more. WTSF focuses on developing governance, infrastructure, and pathways for the sport throughout Wales.

 Position being recruited:

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 Description of role:

The COO will oversee WTSF’s strategic objectives and operational goals, working closely with the Chair to manage key partnerships and support long-term planning. Key responsibilities include staff management, financial administration, stakeholder engagement and representing WTSF at both national and international levels.

 Place of work:

Working from home and the National Sports Centre, with national travel as required.

 Required qualifications:

Candidates should have experience in leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and team management, ideally within sports governance or a similar field. A full, clean UK driving licence and personal vehicle are required.

 Benefits:

The role offers £30,000 per year, a workplace pension, 15 days of annual leave, a flexible 24-hour work week and a mileage allowance for travel.
