Machine Shop Manager (this is based: Hammersmith W6).
As the Machine Shop Manager, you will be fundamental for ensuring components are produced on time, correct quality and within budget for the gun manufacture, whether that be for Customer orders or new development projects. The role manages 6 individuals working across CAM, CNC Machinists and Stores (stock holding). The role will manage the prioritisation of work, along with managing the team for CNC programme creation, scheduling and production. You will manage he gun parts inventory and replenishment and work closely with the Production and Technical managers to deliver new concepts and advancement in innovation.
