Customer service specialist
This is a full-time, remote role. Reporting to the subscriptions manager, the customer service specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality support to subscribers, readers and online community. The role involves handling subscription inquiries, resolving customer issues and ensuring a seamless experience for all interactions with Fieldsports Press. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from subscription renewals to troubleshooting delivery problems.

Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience with subscription management and CRM systems is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Salary
£25,000 per annum
